About Me

Born in Illinois, studied in Texas, living in Michigan. You can often find me running around a tennis court, reading poems, or looking for a new recipe to try. I'm an experienced writer and higher education English instructor. I have an M.F.A. in Creative Writing (Poetry) from Texas State University and a B.A. in English from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
